I look forward to cider season all year... This beauty is unpasteurized apple-pear cider & hails from
Indian Creek Farm in Ithaca, NY. (though I think they have to call it "apple beverage" or something like that due to food laws). After a few days it will start to bubble & fizz. Cider + room temperature + time = the ultimate autumn tonic. (pssst: Don't forget to uncap your jug... pressure builds & needs to be released!)
